Hiring for our Roles at our Corporate Headquarters

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Principal Engineer to join our Team at Enterprise Mobility.

We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family‑owned global leader in mobility solutions. Our world‑class portfolio includes car and van rental, fleet management, vehicle subscription, car sharing, luxury rental and more. Our vision is simple: to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company.

A multi award‑winning employer, recognised by Gallup as an Exceptional Workplace, we’ve grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago into a truly global organisation. Today, we generate over $38 billion in annual turnover, employ more than 90,000 people, operate a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles, and serve customers across 90+ countries, all while advancing the world one journey at a time.

Our family ownership, led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, third generation of the Taylor family — gives us the stability and long‑term outlook to invest in our people, our customers and our future.

The Workforce Technology Team (WTT) is responsible for the vision, strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and end user support of the technologies, capabilities, and service offerings our global employees rely upon every day. Unlike traditional IT teams, WTT works broadly across IT and our business with a specific focus on our employees’ experience with technology. WTT responsibilities include physical and virtual devices (desktops/laptops, tablets, payment, printers, virtual workstations, etc.), workforce/productivity applications (email, unified communications, collaboration, etc.), identity solutions (Active Directory, Entra, AppSec, etc.), security capabilities (endpoint protection, secure coding tools, risk database, etc.), and related applications (AppSec, Startup Page, etc.).

This is an exciting opportunity for a Principal Engineer in the WTT Engineering organization! In this important role you will have shared responsibility for our various engineering delivery pipelines. The solutions in these areas are critical for the success and daily operations of our organization and our 90,000+ employees.  You will partner closely with WTT Product to develop engineering roadmaps, ensure operational health, build and deliver technology solutions.
