We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Technology Intern to join our Business Process and Technology Improvements team within the Insurance Claims Department, based at our contact centre in Aldershot.
This internship is ideal for a university student interested in how organisations work at scale, and how process efficiency, data, and automation can be used to improve customer outcomes and colleague experience. This is a hands‑on role — you’ll work on real operational challenges, contributing ideas and solutions that have a visible impact across a department of over 300 people.
This position will commence 29th June 2026 and offers a varied role with exciting and unique learning and development opportunities.
This role will be based in Aldershot, Hampshire for the entire 12 months. Our office is centrally located with great transport links to nearby towns including: Farnborough, Farnham, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bracknell and Woking.
Whilst this role might appeal to someone studying computer science we accept applications from all second year undergraduate university students, regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.
Working closely with operational leaders, analysts, and technology partners, you will help identify, analyse, and improve processes across the Insurance Claims function, with a particular focus on efficiency, standardisation, and automation.
