Enterprise Holdings has a new position open for a Director of Marketing to our Franchise network extending across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) EMEA operations.

 

This is a fantastic role which will see you developing relationships and delivering value to our current and growing base of more than 40 EMEA franchise partners!

 

You will work to understand the unique business opportunities within each market and deliver strategic marketing consultation, guidance and leadership to our franchise partners. Ultimately, success will be won by helping to establish and grow the Enterprise, National, and Alamo brands across the EMEA region, thereby contributing to the overall success of each partner’s business!

 

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous end to end marketing experience, great communication skills with the ability to build relationships, comfortable working with large budgets and experience within the digital marketing environment!

Together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, Enterprise Mobility accounted for $38+ million in revenue for FY ‘24 through a network of more than 9,500 locations and over 90,000 employees. 

  • Serve as the support resource for all marketing strategies throughout the region, including but not limited to the following:
  • Inbound campaigns - Organic Search, Paid Search, Affiliate, Web Development and Digital Teams
  • Brand Identity, Trade Dress and Store Design support
  • Creative, Media and Sponsorship
  • Pan regional awareness & consideration campaigns – B2C and B2B
  • Sponsorship management and activation pan region
  • Creative assets and toolkits
  • Loyalty and Analytics
  • Brand Publicity
  • Work with partners to help them develop tailored marketing plans, which outline specific strategies and tactics designed to capitalize on the opportunities identified and agreed upon for their individual markets
  • Collaborate with the internal team for Franchise Operations to promote communication and alignment between the business and marketing goals and initiatives
  • Develop local market consumer insights to share with franchise partners
  • Direct the activities of external Marketing agencies and/or internal teams to ensure proper agency service, as needed
  • Set priorities and plans in accordance with market potential for growth
  • Share of best practices based across the franchise network
  • Identify and develop specific key performance indicators against which to measure the success of all marketing activity in each market, and report results to both internal and external partners, as well as senior leadership
  • Forecast and manage budgets for the EMEA franchise marketing fund. Provide regular reporting and communication regarding budget tracking activities to all partners
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
